WySync Fitment Data — $150/mo
Wheels and tires only. Query-time spec matching against 65,000 vehicles, wheel spec envelopes and 1.2 million tire sizes: stock / aftermarket / aggressive verdicts and honest "does not fit" negatives, without you supplying a mapping row. If you don't sell wheels or tires, skip it — nothing else on this page depends on it.

Before you install.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, the theme install and the initial index are included on every plan — including Starter. We do the theme install with you on a call so the widgets land where you want them.
What happens when the trial ends?
Thirty days from install, the subscription starts on the plan you picked. Nothing is charged during the trial, and uninstalling before it ends charges nothing at all. Realtime indexing stays off until the first payment clears — a pending trial is treated as the scheduled tier.
Do you cap traffic or pageviews?
No. The catalog guidance in the table is sizing advice for support, not a meter. We don't bill on shopper sessions, searches, or API calls, and we don't throttle a store for having a good week.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Upgrade any time — Shopify prorates it and the new limits apply immediately, including webhook subscriptions being created for realtime indexing. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don't lose sources mid-month.
What does the Fitment Data add-on actually add?
$150/mo on top of any plan, and it is specifically for wheels and tires: it switches on query-time spec matching against our curated data, so those products get a verdict even with no mapping row. Every other category runs on the sources you connect, which is why most stores never need it. Billed separately, cancellable without touching your plan.
I'm on Convermax. How does the switch work?
Install WySync alongside it. The switcher reads what Convermax has already resolved on your storefront — including anything you fixed in their editor — and captures it as a WySync source. You verify the two agree, then cancel them. Migration is free on every plan.
Do you support platforms other than Shopify?
Not today. The app is built on Shopify's theme app extensions, app proxy and billing API. Our data subscriptions are platform-agnostic — see the data platform page.
Who do I talk to when something breaks?
The people who wrote it. Support on every plan is answered by the engineering team, not a ticket queue. Pro adds phone; Enterprise adds a named account manager.
